Built for the camera. Open to the public.
Pirate's Wharf includes a permanent broadcast and production set where the franchise's docuseries, podcast interviews, From the CRO's Desk weekly episodes, and Captain's Log mascot content are all produced. The set is operational year-round and visible to visitors during open hours — because transparency is the brand.
What gets filmed here.
- From the CRO's Desk — weekly 8-minute YouTube anchor episodes
- The Seawolves docuseries (working title) — season-arc long-form documentary content
- Roster player Q&A sessions
- Sponsor partner interviews and case-study features
- Captain's Log audio episodes (Hitchcock mascot voice)
- Behind-the-scenes franchise footage feeding the Year-1 documentary release
Open kimono operations.
We've built the franchise on the principle that you should be able to see exactly how it's running at any moment. Our admin console publishes the sponsorship pipeline publicly. Our docuseries set publishes the content engine publicly. We don't hide the work — we put a camera on it.
