Charleston wharf at night

A Charleston Original · Est. 2027

Pirate's Wharf.

No other team in pro football has this — because no one else has the harbor.

The Wharf is one place serving three rooms — the corporate, the diehard, and the camera. They share a dock and a bar and a sound: rope tightening against a piling. That sound is the franchise.

01
Sponsor Hospitality Dock

The corporate room. With salt in the air.

A branded marina dock built for sponsor entertaining — open four hours before kickoff, kept warm through the third quarter. Fewer screens, more horizon. Where partner contracts get re-signed without anyone calling it that.

Capacity · 120 guests · Sponsor-tier access
02
Boat-Owner Season Pass

Park the boat. Walk to the gate.

Game-day slip access plus a private shuttle from the wharf to Johnson Hagood. Capped at thirty to forty slips so it actually feels like a club, not a parking lot. Renewable annually, with priority for inaugural-year holders.

$2,500 – $5,000 / season · 30–40 slips
03
The Content Set

Where the docuseries lives.

A working set, not a stage. Every Holy City episode has a scene shot here — interviews on the deck at dusk, post-game shoulder pads still wet, the sound of halyards in the background. The wharf is in the brand because the brand is the wharf.
