Pirate's Wharf hosts twelve exclusive events per calendar year, reserved for Season Pass Slip holders, Captain's Cabin members, APFL 1000 Founding Members, and Tier 1/Tier 2 sponsor partners. These are not standard fan events — they're the moments where the franchise's inner ring gathers, eats, drinks, and builds the culture that defines the Year 2 stickiness north star.
The 2026-2027 calendar.
- Kickoff Dinner (August) — opening of the season under the dock lights, hosted by the head coach and CRO
- Captain's Roundtable (October) — quarterly Q&A with the founder room
- Founder Night (December) — APFL 1000 Founding Member-only gathering, the moment Year 1's founding ring meets in person
- Member Mixer Series (quarterly) — informal networking and Charleston business cross-pollination
- Carrots Capsule Reveal (Engine phase) — Member-only first access to the year's collab drops
- Year-End Awards Night (June) — season-closing celebration, hosted in partnership with Edmund's Oast and Anwar Carrots
Why this matters.
The most successful franchises in alt-pro sports — the Bananas, Wrexham, the PLL — all share one trait: they built scarcity into the membership tier. Year-1 launch numbers don't matter. Year-2 retention does. Exclusive events are where retention is built.
