The Only Team. The Only Harbor.
A first-of-its-kind football experience built on water.

Built on water.
No other pro football franchise in America operates from a working dock. No other pro football team has a hospitality program that includes 100 named slips on a tidal harbor. The Seawolves are choosing — deliberately — to be the only team whose home base is the water that built the city.
Built for our city.
Charleston has been a port town for 350 years. The Seawolves' operating premise is that Charleston deserves a pro football franchise that reflects its actual character — coastal, historically literate, food-forward, hospitality-first, deeply local. Pirate's Wharf is the architectural expression of that premise.
Built for the Seawolves.
The team is the wolf. The harbor is the wolf's water. The wharf is the wolf's dock. Every choice we've made — from the mascot canon to the 80/20 Seawolves/APFL co-branding ratio to the Founding Member tier — pulls the franchise tighter into Charleston's actual story instead of borrowing somebody else's pro-football playbook.
The work continues.
The Seawolves are not arriving. They are surfacing — the way something that's always been here finally breaks the water.
